All of our presenters are volunteers and most have full-time jobs and lives. It's easier for someone to step aside from their workday for 30 to 45 minutes and video conference in a classroom. It is difficult for most to do this several times throughout the day. Most likely, their schedule will not be this flexible.
So what do you do if you have several bells and you want to keep them in sync? Here are some options to consider:
Video option
Choose one class to be live and then show the video to the other classes.
Request for each class
Submit a request for each class time. An easy way to do a repeated request for different times is to create a saved Draft of the request. Then copy the Draft for each class with edited times specific to that class. You can request the same person for each one or a different professional. Click here for directions on how to create a request for classrooms.
Combine classes
If you have back-to-back classes, you can submit one session to guarantee the same presenter talks to both. You plan the request so that you start the session for the second half of the first class and end the session halfway through the second class. So each class shares one request.
