All of our presenters are volunteers and most have full-time jobs and lives. It's easier for someone to step aside from their workday for an hour and video conference in a classroom. It is difficult for most to do this several times throughout the day. Most likely, their schedule will not be this flexible.
So what do you do if you have several bells and you want to keep them in sync? Here are some options to consider:
Choose one bell to be live and then show the video to the other bells. Then the next time you request a Nepris session, choose a different bell to be the live, interactive bell.
Request for Each Class
Submit a request for each bell. An easy way to do a repeated request for different times is to create a saved Draft of the request. Then copy the Draft for each bell with edited times specific to that bell. You can request the same person for each one or different. Click here for directions on how to create a Draft and then copy.
If you have back-to-back classes, you can submit one session to guarantee the same presenter talks to both. You plan the request so that you start the session for the second half of the first class and end the session halfway through the second class. So each class shares one request.
