Allowing Multiple Classrooms to Participate

If you are open to other educators joining your session from a different location (e.g., a different classroom or school), before submitting your request, make sure you have marked Yes, other educators can join this session under the question Allow other classrooms to join this session? on the session request form.

Please note - be sure to put in the number of students who will be participating in the session for your classroom only. When other teachers sign-up for the session they will be prompted to input the number of students participating.

What Link do I Share? Once the session has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. The easiest thing to do at this point is to just forward the confirmation email to your peers and tell them to click on the link to sign up for the session. You can also share the direct URL to your session page.
