If you are submitting a request and you would like other teacher to join you from a different location (another classroom, another school, another state...), you can choose an option to allow other classrooms to join and then send them a link to the session when it is confirmed.
Before submitting your request, make sure you have marked Yes under the question Allow other classrooms to join this session?
Note: input the estimate number of students your login and room will represent (not an estimate for all instructors who may login from another location). When others sign up, they will also be prompted to input the number of students they represent.
What Link do I Share? Once the session has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. The easiest thing to do at this point is to just forward the confirmation email to your peers and tell them to click on the link to sign up for the session.
After they login, as long as they have an active subscription, they will see a Yes, Sign me up! button at the top of the request to complete the process.
If you do not have the email handy, go to the session details, copy the URL at the top of the web page, and send this to them:
In this example, any teacher who is sent https://nepris.com/sessions/session/detail/56882 will get an option at the top of the page to sign up as well.
