Once logged into Partner Admin, select Manage Users on the right side of your screen.
On the manage users page you will have the ability to: Import Users, Add a User, View User History, and View Import Queues and Logs. You will find this bar on the top of the screen right above the list of users in your system.
You can make an action on an individual users account by selecting the users box on the left of the user ID and choose an action from the Actions button on the left of your screen.
Actions that can be done for an individual user are: Viewing their profile, Editing login info, Viewing Sessions, Revoking or Reinstating their subscription and Managing their Password.
Note: You can select multiple users at a time if you need to revoke or reinstate several user accounts at one time, and there is a button to download the user data that you currently have, to the left of the Action button.
